What Is The Private Company / Office Training:

Private office real estate training sessions are NOT one day events. Rather they require a full 12 months to complete - as it will take your agents this time span to implement each and every real estate training system into their businesses.

Your agents will be trained on every aspect of the business -- from listings, FSBOs, buyers. marketing, follow up, Internet landing pages, to time management... plus much more! They will also be provided with a wide variety of tools and support.

Again, this is not a short term solution. This is a FULL "listing and training system" designed to give agents the skills and tools to build a referral and relationship orientated business. This system will take 12 months (1 year) to complete.

What Is The Investment?

• For companies / offices with 40 or more agents, your investment is $2500 per agent.

• For companies / offices between 15 to 39 agents the fee is $1500 per agent plus 25% referral fee on all transactions occurring 120 days after the initial real estate training session.
