What Is The Private Company / Office Training:

Private office real estate training sessions are NOT one day events. Rather they require a full 12 months to complete - as it will take your agents this time span to implement each and every real estate training system into their businesses.

Your agents will be trained on many aspects of real estate training -- from listing and FSBOs to buyers and time management, plus much more! They will also be provided with a wide variety of tools and support.

Again, this is not a short term solution. This is a FULL "listing and training system" designed to give agents the skills and tools to built a truly referral and relationship orientated business. This system will take 12 month (1 year) to complete.

What Is The Cost Of The Private Company / Office Training:

• For companies / offices with 40 or more agents, your investment is $2500 US per agent.

• For companies / offices between 15 to 39 agents the fee is $1500 per agent plus 20% referral fee on all transactions occurring 120 days after the initial real estate training session.
